Terra Verde - A Series of Abstract Paintings Inspired by Mindfully Walking on the South Downs
This collection of paintings, began in 2021, was a development from the Transitions series. Inspired by daily mindful walks through the same few fields on Bevendean Down, Brighton, and drawing upon research into myth and ancestry, these paintings are a visual description of a physical journey, an inward journey and an imagined journey.
